Barcelona to wear Drake’s OVO owl at El Clasico on Sunday
FC Barcelona will wear the sport owl logo of Four-time Grammy award winner, Drake’s OVO Sound label on its jersey instead of the main sponsor Spotify when they lock horns with arch-rival Real Madrid on Sunday.
This is to mark Drake’s surpassing 50 billion streams on the music platform.
FC Barcelona, which was one of the last big clubs without a jersey sponsor, said the move was part of its effort to bring football and music together.
Drake posted a picture of the limited-edition jersey on Instagram to his over 120 million followers.
Heading into the El Clasico this Sunday, FC Barcelona leads LaLiga on goal difference ahead of reigning champions Real Madrid.
