On Friday, a conflict erupted between Fulani and Oodua Peoples Congress (OPC) members in Ajase Ipo, Irepodun Local Government, Kwara State.

 

There were gunshots while vehicles on the highway were attacked.

 

According to reports, the fight began on Friday evening in Kaara market, Ajaase Ipo.

Ajayi Okasanmi, the Police Public Relations Officer in Kwara State, told DAILY POST over the phone that operatives have been dispatched to the scene.

 

He claims that the number of casualties cannot be determined at this time.
